U.S. Blood Is Not Buying a Free Iraq by Thomas R. Eddlem

Neo-conservative commentators typically describe the Iraq war as a campaign against "Islamo-Fascism" — a label meant to invoke the "Good War" against the original Axis. However, the draft of the Iraqi Constitution illustrates that the Bush administration has sacrificed hundreds of American lives in the cause of building Islamo-Fascism, rather than fighting it.

Great comments, Yes we cannot win this invasion. as I have been saying on other sites, there is a book by Aaron Glantz 'How America Lost Iraq' that gives an honest snapshot of the Iraqi people and how our leaders blew the chance to truly change that country for the better after we ousted Saddam. By leaving our good soldiers on the ground for so long, without any direction or leadership, the country devolved into a festering lot of fed-up people who have began to naturally look on our military as an occupation force that it has actually become. This is now indeed 'Vietnam' only now at the most nightmarish poportion. God damn the neo-cons and their puppet George Bush, they have destroyed any credibility that our country used to have. They don't care and we will suffer the consequence for it.
