It took these slow learners most of 2011 to figure out that once democratic elections were held the dictators would be replaced by extremists like the Muslim Brotherhood.
At that point the word went out to such neocon mouthpieces as Rush Limbaugh to come out against the Arab Spring.
This comment of Limbaugh's shows why he should stick to selling mattresses. Note how he first tries to credit Bush for the spread of democracy in the Mideast and then immediately shows he has not the slightest idea that democracy means majority rule:
