Key Neocons Went Directly to Banksters to Block Wikileaks Donations

Two “hard right” politicians, Joseph Lieberman and Peter King, went directly to the transnational credit card corporation MasterCard and arranged an extrajudicial financial blockade of Wikileaks, according to heavily redacted European Commission documents.

Although the exact nature of the deal between Lieberman, King and MasterCard are unknown, the two congressmen have actively worked against Wikileaks in the past.

King, who heads the House Homeland Security Committee, sought to classify Wikileaks as a terrorist organization and said the organization should be prosecuted for violating the Espionage act. Lieberman, the former chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, introduced the SHIELD Act (Securing Human Intelligence and Enforcing Lawful Dissemination) in 2010. The legislation would have made it a federal crime to publish information “concerning the identity of a classified source or informant of an element of the intelligence community of the United States,” or “concerning the human intelligence activities of the United States or any foreign government” if the publication opposed U.S. foreign policy.

Soros, WikiLeaks and Tunisia's "color revolution"

The neocon conspiracies can't be far behind now. Thomas Carothers of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (proudly billing itself "A Global Think-Tank") notes the suddenness with which the moniker "Jasmine Revolution" has been adopted (and mostly by intellectuals abroad, not protesters in Tunis). But he notes the differences between Tunisia and Georgia ("Rose"), Ukraine ("Orange") and Kyrgyzstan ("Tulip"). Requisite Sorosphobobia is already in evidence. Dr. K R Bolton asks in Foreign Policy Journal: "Tunisian Revolt: Another Soros/NED Jack-Up?" But his screed makes no mention of George Soros or National Endowment for Democracy programs in Tunisia—only in Georgia, Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan.

If Soros isn't behind the Tunisian revolution, it must be Julian Assange. WikiLeaks apparently released a mess of typically unflattering US diplomatic cables on the Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali regime. The New Yorker provides a sample, from a July 17, 2009, cable:

Wikileaks Helping the Neocons Build a Fabricated Case for War

Despite Glenn Greenwald’s recent conclusion to the contrary, the Wikileaks psyop doubled down on the regime change plan in Iran just about a week ago and it looks like the fake “leaks” are helping the Neocons pound the drums of war.

It’s being widely reported that Wikileaks has released a cable from the U.S. Embassy in Israel which claims that Iran can hit Israel with up to 300 missiles within a time frame of 10-12 minutes. This goes beyond the existential threat Wikileaks themselves presented to Israel last week when Julian Assange stated he would release cables that would make Israel look bad in about 6 months. That threat is clearly intended to help build a pretext for having to “limit” internet freedoms.

In this newest cable, reminiscent of the days when Tony Blair was claiming Saddam Hussain could hit the UK with missiles in roughly the same time frame, they go on to claim that Israel must ready itself for a large-scale war with Hezbollah and Hamas as well since they have some 40,000 rockets that can hit any target in Israel.

Hysterical reaction to anti-Big Government Wikileaks reveals movement "conservatives" as frauds and anti-American neocons

...To say that government must keep secrets is not to say that all government secrets must be kept.

Even Pentagon officials and Defense Secretary Robert Gates admitted that none of WikiLeaks' revelations do anything to compromise national security or endanger American lives, but they have wreaked havoc on political life in Washington, D.C. Apparently, Americans are not supposed to know that Saudi Arabia has been encouraging the U.S. to take military action against Iran behind-the-scenes. But if we end up going to war with Iran shouldn't it be in America's national interest, and not simply as a subcontractor for another country? Fox News' Judith Miller asks, "Why should Americans not know that Arab states, often at the top level, have been urging Washington to take military or other drastic action against Iran, while they publicly oppose such action?"

And when did conservatives become so protective of Hillary Clinton? What happened to the days of the "Stop Hillary Express," when right-wing talk radio portrayed the former first lady as Satan and discussed all the devious ways in which, if in power, she might conspire to bring down the entire country? When WikiLeaks revealed that Secretary of State Clinton tried to obtain DNA samples, fingerprints, credit card numbers, and other private information belonging to United Nations officials, we learned that Clinton's style was every bit as mafia-esque as her conservative critics once warned. Yet, conservatives now attack WikiLeaks for revealing what they once feared.

It should also be remembered that the same conservatives now calling for Assange's head either ignored or were sympathetic to Lewis "Scooter" Libby's outing of CIA operative Valerie Plame, allegedly at the Bush administration's behest. Plame's outing was arguably a far greater threat to our national security than anything that has been released by WikiLeaks.

Lew, the con of FOXNews’s psychiatric attack on Assange is revealed in Ablow’s own self-promoting bio, where he boasts that Ablow himself “has documented…the unmistakable power of personal truth to transform human lives in a broad spectrum of environments…[and he] believes we hold up shields to protect ourselves from the painful truths that, when faced honestly, turn into powerful insights and clear strategies for growth and success.” If it weren’t for his innate neoconservative hatred of liberty, fear of the independent individual, and loathing of pure courage, this inconsequential slave-state psychiatrist would be an avid WikiLeaks supporter.
